   Not vegan, but I like veggies and legumes, and fish, more than red meat. Chicken makes me vomit. So I'll try these recipes.

   I am a crazy calorie counter and a vegan I would not eat any of this you can eat so much more bulk for a lot less calories

There are a lot more of us now and more to come as people wake up to the horrors of using animals for food as well as all the other violent things done to animals in the name of taste, health, convenience and beauty (animal testing).     Honestly I have no idea how people are vegan my brother in law and his wife are vegan so I decided to see what the hype was about I made a chick pea salad sandwich and it was by far the nastiest sandwich I’ve eaten my entire life
