Just made this and it's delicious! Healthy and low in calorie, I recommend.
Great quick recipe if you don't have time. I make my own stock first, boiling the vegetables for about 30 minutes. Then I strain the vegetables out, and now you have stock. Then I re introduce fresh veggies into the stock and boil for about 10 minutes. 🙂
