I made these and the texture was good. However it didn't have enough flavour for me…but the base is GREAT and next time I'm adding the chipotle sauce lol!
Instead of gluten powder can i use cheakpeas flour?

The last vegan sausages I bought(Walmart) were like biting into a limp water balloon. The taste was supposed to be Italian sweet sausage, well, it was't, it was bland .
The main reason for cooking beans is that they are poisonous when raw. A lot of the foods eaten by humans have to be cooked for this reason and to concentrate nutrients.
Juicing is BAD. All you are doing is reducing fruits and vegetables to a simple sugar syrup.

I always have my burgers fall apart in the pan or just out of the pan have you ever try adding a little "wheat gluten" as a glue to help keep your burgers more firm and stop them from always falling apart on you. PLEASE REPLY!
I wonder if you can active the wheat gluten by putting you sausage in the oven in stead of boiling it, can that be done? please reply i'm sure a lot of us would like to know can this be done without causing a problem. PLEASE REPLY!
