1 Medium Sized Brown Onion (diced)
1 1/2 Cups of Mixed Frozen Vegetables (Peas, Carrot and Corn)
1 Cup of Self Raising Flour (or Plain Flour with 1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder)
1 Cup of Grated Tasty Cheese
Freshly Cracked Pepper (for seasoning)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
