Rosarita Vegetarian refried beans are a good option.
For the beans I recommend first to chop onion and then add the beans. Taste so much better!!

Looks good. Just a couple of doubts though, far too much salt for me, given that spices will give flavour plus huge carbon footprint cooking those kale chips, bit too much of a luxury for me and the planet.
