1 small can green chiles
1 can dices tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
½ of a medium onion
1 bell pepper
Chili power to taste (approx. 1 tablespoon)
Cumin to taste (approx. 1 tablespoon)

Love it except for the oil. I cut out oil and just use water. Way healthier.

I think you need to learn the difference between "simmering" and "sautéing" you'll confuse a lot of people saying simmer when you actually mean high heat
are you suppose to rinse the beans?
Put a towel under your chopping board, it'll stop it from sliding.
