Have you ever wondered what would happen if you stopped eating meat and transitioned to a plant based diet? Last June 5, 2017, I decided to stop eating meat not just for meatless monday but for a month! In this video, i share my reasons why, the ups and downs of my journey, and my vegetarian before & after results!

I tried it. Didn't get passed 3 days lol. Can't compare a vegan burger to a juicy double meat with cheese. ill give another shot when older older.

O MY GOODNESS this is totally ME. I went Vegan a month ago because of severe health issues, doctor's order. I am on week four and I was not expecting the bloating and the bathroom drama. Hearing you talk about your experience makes me feel like I am on track lol. Honestly I do feel better and after I visited my first Vegan restaurant and tasted their amazing food I said to my husband Yes.. Yes I can live this way lol. Thanks for making this video. It was encouraging.

Love this video. I'm on my third month away from meat starch and sugars and I feel great. Sleeping well and the brain fog is gone. It is indeed a process and well worth the sacrifice.
Good feedback!
How much weight did u lose I wanna try and congratulations
loving this video
Yep. So far so good. But wait until you go 2 or 3 years vegan and you will see body mass muscle loss, looking pony, hair loss, teeth weakness,… dermatitis. The secret is no secret eat a lil of everything!! and you will be alright.
Hey for those people that have trouble with gaining weight, don’t worry that you will get even more underweight by going vegetarian because you can still eat lots of meatless foods that have healthy fats in them. My favourites are avocado, tofu, egg, pasta, rice, noodles, etc. There are HEAPS of foods that vegetarians can eat that make you gain muscle and weight.
Can I ask if you were still cooking your veggies with oil or not? Thanks
Thank you, omg thank you!!! I feel 6 months pregnant now, at week 3 I really thought something was wrong with me, Just thank you for this!!! I was thinking about quitting
Tried being vegan for a while. But as a result I became weak. I went yo see a doc and he said my vitamin b12 and d were very low. What do you suggest I do to conpensate for loss of meat if I go back to being vegan again?
She is cute I'm addicted to chicken that's mostly what I eat.
So when you look at your predator face, do you understand your nature?
Yes, your reasons are so important. As a teen, it was animals first. Period. I became a vegetarian at 16. In my 20s through my pregnancy and beyond, dome how I started to eat fish (especially during pregnancy for omega 3s, which I now know I didn't need fish for.) Then I learned how fished out the oceans have become. I used to live to fish. I was raised by fisher-people. My grandpa gave me my first fishing pole at 4. I fished with my dad. I bonded with my mom ever late night fishing trips out if Captree. When I was a kid there was so much fish! When I tried to plan a fishing trip in Florida with my kids 2 years ago, I was warned we may not catch anything. The ocean was that fished out. I actually cried. So no eating more fish. Then my cholesterol was high ( though weirdly in good cholesterol only?), quit eggs and cheese. After 6 months, nothing changed, but then there' this: More bad news: the planet is dying and factory farming of animals, and animal products, is a huge driving factor. So I am totally driven to be a vegan. My kids are still pescatarian/ lacto/over but never in my house. They are fully aware and are pretty much vegan away from home on their own without me, which I really like. I didn't want a backlash, so they are doing it without my prompting. They know my reasons and have internalized them. Okay, my whole story. But my point is, you need to hold on to your reasons.
Nice but I can't work out because my spinal problems so I guess that is not for me..
I went a full year going with out meat just to see if I could do it. Made it. How ever during this time I developed vertigo which came and went 2 times. I think it was because I was not supplementing properly giving my body all 90 essential nutrients including 60 minerals. In addition I was working out hard and doing Hot Yoga 3 times per week. Also I constantly had gas. Like every day. Anyway It's been a while and I'm gonna give it another shot but this time supplement. Peace!
