I absolutely LOVE coffee! My favorite part of the day is early morning, so that plus the smell and taste of my coffee sets the tone for the day! I limit myself to two cups a day, and mostly I drink half-caf. I can't wait to eat the sweet potatoes I just bought using your recipes!!!

I drink decaf, I get super jittery from regular joe.
I enjoyed the recipes. As for coffee. I usually have one cappuccino a day I make at the house. I love coffee. Personally it never makes me feel wired or energetic. I can drink at midnight and go right to bed if I wanted to.
i work at 2 coffee shops in san diego so i knw how that feeling is when you have the first coffee of the day. . coffee is great when you need to get a lot of things done and helps you get through an energy slump but i don't recommend for myself to be drinking it everyday. thanks for all the love and light! the education aspect of the health benefits are great! It's always been fascinating to learn about the nutritional aspects of the food we allow into our bodies.
