I'm a Vegan and I only use 1 or 2 seasoning Hamalayan and Black pepper, zero salt, I get the rest of the flavour from the food I'm cooking. Cooking is a spiritual thing just throwing in a ton of seasoning kills the food, food is life gives you knowledge drive enlighten no need for so much seasoning. Seasoning is not food; its just away to trick our mind into thinking something nice.
To be honest all those added seasoning spices would make you sick; ten different spices for one meal sorry only being honest.
Girl these all look amazing! Thank you!
Are the lentils soaked for a while prior to adding to recipe?

I'm soooooo excited I found your channel. My goal this year is to cook more and to include more healthy options that are flavorful. I'm so trying these! And buying better pots π. Thanks for sharing!

Please make Roti
I would pay for you to cook this meal. Look so delicious. Can you tell me what kind/brand Jerk seasoning?
I just made the jerk lentils with brown rice and platanos. The smell and taste is amazing. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
Bruh. What's the song at the end??? Lol
This ππππ how do you not have a million subscribers!!
Would literally eat this all, everyday.
Not even half way through the video and my mouth is watering. Iβm not vegan, but I am trying to incorporate more vegetarian/βveganβ days into my life to eat less meat. I also recently realized I might be lactose intolerant and that Mac n βcheeseβ looks so good. You are giving me so many ideas for dinners that my hubby would probably love. He is very much a meat and potatoes man and vegetarian meals are very hit or miss with him. And he does NOT like lentils very much, but I have a feeling that jerk lentils might tickle his fancy.
O my God … Looks wonderful !
Boom Sista Rachel you have made my day (2/4/19)!!!! I have been researching the vegan lifestyle and started just a little over a month ago. I've been juicing and smoothies and adding my own spin to some of the boring green recipes. And guess what your channel pops up as soon as I logged on today. I guess my research didn't take me this far (lol). Ahh the Caribbean has come to me, and this was my message, don't quit out of boredom. I am so excited to try everything. NEW SUBBIE TOO. <3
