Siam Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package coleslaw mix
2 packages chicken ramen noodles
2/3 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup canola oil
1/4 red wine vinegar
3 or 4 green onions, chopped
Dressing
1/2 cup sugar
2 packages Ramen noodle seasoning
Preparation Instructions:
Mix salad ingredients together and refrigerate. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad just before serving. Stir well. Serves 8.
