Tips if you’re making this:
– I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADDING CUMIN!
– To prevent mushy enchiladas, coat them with the sauce sparingly. You can always add salsa on the side after they cook
– Add toppings after cooking such as: fajita veggies, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce…the possibilities are endless!
