   I ALWAYS finish my soups with NY – it adds a layer of flavor – I always try the soup first and every time end up adding the NY and it's always always better! Popcorn: NY s/p and a dash of cumin, I toss it first in a bit of coconut oil.

    I make super cheesey sauce with 1 potato1 sweet potato boil in almond milk until cooked than I cool a little and add the nutritional yeast and pop in my blender 1 minute . Yummm

    Someone in the comments said the name turned them off. I completely agree, my 1st thought was, I don't wanna get a yeast infection so why do I want to eat this?.. Then i read into it more to realize this might be a good thing.. I'm buying some tomorrow.

    You are so lovely and I wanted to share another view on this delish (but maybe not so healthy) ingredient.  I bought the Bragg's brand and used it in salad dressing last night.  I got a terrible stomach ache so today I went researching.  Dr. Greger wasn't helpful, but I finally found this very balanced presentation.
