-1 cup of red lentils
-1,5 cup pf bulgur wheat
-1 tbsp. of tomato and pepper paste
-5 tbsp. of olive oil
-Half a bunch of parsley
-5-6 branches of green onion
-Half of a lemon
-2 cloves of garlic
-2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
-2 teaspoon of salt
-Wash the lentil and boil in a big pan using 2 cup of water. When lentils soak all the water, add the pre-washed bulgur in the pat and turn off the heat, leave it for brewing.
-In another pot, roast the grates onions and garlics in olive oil. Add the tomato and pepper pastes and salt, mix everything well and turn of the stove, add this mix to the lentil-bulgur mix that has been brewed by the time.
-You should let this cool down. Only then you can add very finely chopped green onions and parsley. Red pepper flakes and lemon juice as well. Mix everything very well, using your hands.
-Give any shape you want. We shaped this as meatballs.You can also eat these wrapping to lettuce leaves!
