Summer is well under way and the smell of BBQ is in the air. But BBQ isn’t all burning flesh. We’ve been vegetarian for 15 year and we’ve only start BBQing in the last year or two. It’s such a delicious way to cook your veg and some bland flavoured Veg can really come to life gaining sweetness and lovely charred flavours.
