6 VEGGIE PATTIES (EASY AND SIMPLE INGREDIENTS) (VIDEO)

CORN PATTIES:
– 2 Cups of corn
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1/4 Cup of chia egg
– 1/3 Cup of flax seed meal
– 1 Tsp chipotle powder
– Pepper and salt to tast

RICE PATTIES:
– 2 Cups of cooked rice
– 1/2 Cup of Napa cabbage
– 1/2 Tsp of ginger powder
– 1 Tsp rice vinegar
– 1/4 Cup soy sauce
– 1/3 Cup coconut flour

CAULIFLOWER PATTIES:
– 1/2 of a cauliflower head
– 1/4 Cup of chia egg
– 1/3 Cup of almond flour
– 1 Tsp of paprika
– Salt, pepper and minced garlic to taste

LENTIL PATTIES:
– 2 Cups of cooked lentils
– 1/3 Cup of flax seed meal
– 2 Tsp of curry powder
– 3 to 5 curry leaves
– 1 Tsp of turmeric
– Pepper and salt to taste

BEAN PATTIES:
– 1.5 Cups of cooked beans
– 1/3 Cup of almond flour
– 1 Tsp of oregano
– 1 Tsp of minced garlic
– 1 Tsp of cumin
– Pepper and salt to taste

OAT PATTIE:
– 2 Cups of oats
– 1/4 Cup of agave or date syrup
– 1 Tsp of vanilla extract
– 2 Tsp of coconut oil
– 1/3 Cup coconut flour
– 1/4 Cup of chia egg
– Pinch of salt

CHIA EGG:
– For every 1 Tbsp of chia seeds add 2.5 Tbsp of water.
