I had this tonight. So great! While it was cooking I added a bit of mashed potato. Sounds odd, but it really thickened it like cream and absorbed the flavour! I highly recommend it.

Tried it tonight and the whole family liked it. I added diced dill pickles because dill pickles for me are like Tamari to David. I pu that stuff in everything 🙂

I haven't eaten pasta till yesterday but from today I would like to have it.. Coz its fantastic and delicious recipie ever…… And the mushrooms make me eat it again and again
Bit retarded
2 tbsp oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 red onion
400 grams mushroom
200 ml. White wine
Fresh thyme
500 grams of pasta
800 ml. Milk
500 ml. vegetable Stock
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
Juice of 1 half of a lemon

Also please do more one pot wonders, I am kind of too lazy to cook if it needs more than one pot. 😀 I cook rice in a coconut curry for example, but I would love some other ideas!
Just made this, It's sooo sooo good!! I used almond milk and tasted great. And the pasta cooks really well! Also have to agree that the sauce is very like a carbonara 😀
