HI guys, in preparation of this little babies arrival I decided to meal prep some meals to have in the freezer ready to go for those first couple of weeks while we find our feet.

    Can't stomach growing a baby on a peasant (i.e. vegan) diet … not when they will be lacking in not only muscle strength but growth development. Kudos to you and good luck
