HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE
1. Meals can last in your fridge for 4-5 days.
2. After that, freeze the meals, then take out the night before you plan to eat one and thaw in the fridge. If you freeze them, keep the guacamole and salsa separate in the fridge.
3. Reheat in a covered saute pan for a few minutes or eat cold… or put in your Hot Logic!
4. Do not reheat the guacamole or salsa.

INGREDIENTS are to make 4 MEALS: But you can easily double or triple these ingredients to make more!
3/4 cup brown rice
2 cups water
1/2 white onion (about 100g)
2 garlic cloves
2 small cans black beans
cilantro
1/2 red onion (100g)
2-3 tomatoes (about 300g)
2 avocados
jalapeno (optional)
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp olive oil
**You can use ALL olive oil if you want, or ALL coconut oil, or any healthy cooking oil you enjoy like avocado oil, etc**
