YES YES YES to vegan tacos! I use mushrooms and peanuts for my "meat" chili! Works great. Awesome recipe!!
Could have given us a recipe for the seasoning. Lol. Sautéing mushrooms isn't really a recipe 😌
Mushrooms are so versatile. We use them in lasagna with fennel for the "meat" sauce. Tastes amazing!
