Day 707 Raw Vegan/Fruitarian/Whatever

1/3 cup ground almonds
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper and 1/2 tsp salt
Slice zucchini into small strips. Coat zucchini with powder mix.
Dehydrate coated zucchini for about four hours or until desired crunchiness.
1/2 or 3/4 cup water
5 pitted medjool dates
2 cloves garlic and a chili pepper
Blend well in high speed blender.
Then stir in 1 tbsp coconut nectar, 2 tbsp chia seeds and for decor, 1 tsp dried chives and a bit of chopped hot pepper if desired.
Let sauce sit for an hour or until zucchini is ready.
Serve, dip and enjoy!
