Nice. I cook the chopped onions and peppers in a microwave first, three minutes, with a bit of butter. This makes them perfect. Then add to egg and milk mixture. And, of course, fresh ground pepper. Tobasco is too hot for me, but their are milder hot sauces. I also like a bit of horseradish….an aquired taste. Added after serving. And a small dollop of catsup.

We make this all the time as a lazy dinner when we don't feel like much else. I definitely add a good handful of cheddar though as that's the way my grandma always made it for breakfast. Good stuff as always Julie 🙂
