In this video, Kevin is making a meat lovers breakfast casserole and a vegetarian casserole. The meat lovers uses sausage, bacon, eggs, shredded cheese, onion, sour cream and green pepper. The vegetarian uses eggs, shredded cheese, onion, sour cream and green pepper.

    We make the same thing but we use leftover taco seasoned meat and call it taco omelet…yummy with salsa 🙂
