What really makes Chickpea curry really pop is a little Amchur (dried mango) powder.

Looks so good!! Definitely be trying your version of chickpea curry out. Little tip though, you should add tomato purée before the spices as it cooks out that tartness of the purée and infused with the oil over all. 👌🏽👌🏽
