VEGAN FIT FOOD #1 Sauerkraut stew, no oil! (VIDEO)

Amazing hearty and filling sauerkraut stew. For milder version, you can make half of the sauerkraut and half of a white or savoy cabbage. I like it sour so I dont mind using kraut only.

☆ 2 large handfuls of sauerkraut rinsed couple of times and drained
☆ tablespoon of tomato puree
☆ 2 fresh mushrooms of your choice
☆ 1 onion
☆ some dried porcini mushrooms soaked in water (use the water as well)
☆ 4 cloves of garlic, I’ve got frozen one
☆ 1 bay leaf
☆ 2 allspice
☆ salt n pepper to taste
☆a bit of water for steam frying instead of oil
☆ optionally juniper berries and dried prunes

The mre it cooks, the better it tastes. Ideally 3h. And then to be eaten on the next day. Yum! You have to try it guys!
