I had some grass fed beef and I swear I could taste the grass in the beef med rare and slice cold people should eat what they like. personally I just wanna reduce my meat to just quality in small amounts but reduce mostly my carbs, and add fresh fruit juice and veggies. I think I could eat less meat but replace it with cheese and cut my meat intake and portions to 4-5 meals a week the rest veggie

Wait so I want to become vegan, for dietary purposes. I have like one pair of leather shoes that I really like. So could I call it being vegan? Or should I call it a diet with vegan tendencies?
The biggest mistake you can make when attempting to go vegan or vegetarian is following a bunch of rules, cold turkey. To get people to eat/use fewer animal products, you have to lower the barrier to entry. Veganism is very extreme for many. Start with reducing animal consumption, then get into good habits and challenge yourself. Extremism doesn’t work for most. I’ve been on a mostly vegetarian diet for some time now, and I don’t crave meat. But I tell myself that it’s okay if I want to have it from time to time. But the impact I make on the environment and for moral purposes makes the continuation worthwhile.
I'm Vegetarian
Also it is a scientific study that if you are vegan you generally have less lean fat and are more prone to have heart sickness
Lactose is not milk lactose is in milk
She's awesome I like her
up until i was around 5 or 6 i absolutely hated meat, then i tried my first bite of steak and from that day on i very rarely ate vegetables unless it was a garnish. i mostly eat fruit and meat
I'm a strict vegetarian. No eggs, No dairy, No flesh, and I won't buy anything made out of animals. But I still use local raw unfiltered organic honey because I do not feel bad about it… I wont buy products containing honey or get regular honey from the store because then I would feel guilty because idk how those bees were treated but I like honey and want to keep bees so still buy local organic raw unfiltered honey from backyard beekeepers. I'll stop if when I start bee keeping I feel bad but that time hasn't come yet. I also have pets and ride my horse so if that bars me from being vegan even tho I other wise eat vegan then so be it. I tell restaurants I'm vegan and only buy vegan friendly products anyway though. I don't even use the honey in recipes or as food but as a wound dressing and for allergies and canker sores and chapped lips because it really works other wise i do eat vegan so i basically am vegan but technically not. To me you are not truelly vegetarian if you pay for death so i do not buy any animal products and also do not eat eggs from my pet birds because eating animals is not vegetarian period from an herbivorous dietary standpoint even when no one dies it's still not proper food for herbivores. I eat vegetarian for my health as much as ethics. Bees make honey from plants so its free of animal protein/fat/cholesterol and rn I'm okay with stealing their extra honey if none are intentionally harmed physically and they are left enough food but i will no longer support a commercial honey industry because that did cause me to feel guilt
FUCK you are stupid
