Here is another amazing recipe: Leeks and mushroom pasta. The most epic creamy pasta, easy to make and packed with flavors and extremely nutritious!

— Ingredients for leeks and mushroom pasta:

Fusilli pasta

2 cups of chopped leeks

2 cups of sliced mushrooms

1 1/2 Tsp of dried tarragon

2 cloves of garlic

2TBSP of tarragon vinegar

1 cup of vegetable broth

1/2 cup of vegan cream
