I know you jave a recipe for pastelon, but would you recommend subing out the lasagna noodles plantains? I was going to fry plantains keeping them the shape of lasagna noodles.
I hate lentils so I'll might substitute it for mushrooms

I made this two days ago, and I must say……… WOWZERS! This is so scrumptious! This is so flavorful and filling. I eat this as a midnight treat! This has made it to the front of the list in my recipe book! I will be remaking this dish again and again! Thank you for your channel by the way! This has given me great recipes to use being a newer vegan. You and a few other youtubers have made this transition a lot easier for me. When you cooked the lentil beans for the lasagna did you only boil in water or did you season the beans too? If so how did you season ??

Being cheap I use a bechamel, its the way I learned to make lasagna anyway, lol. I think all the cheese is an American thing, because America, the land of the cheese.
