I did the last two recipes and it came out great for the most part. I didn’t use the green peppers but all the other ingredients. My beans came out a little undercook so next time I will just cook them a little longer. I fact I may just pot the top back on and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Thanks for sharing your recipes!
