   I've been cooking Indian food for over thirty years and I even lived in Goa for a while 10 years ago..I love coastal..Anyway I have many YouTube Indian subscriptions and most if not all there is something not right in a dish..I'm not saying any of them are bad far from it most if not all of them are incredibly good..But your channel is just incredible..Everything is just great I have no words other than praise for your channel other than it would have been great to hear a voice but that is not too important..What is..is the food and you do a superb job..Everything is concise and even I am learning new ways of doing dishes that I thought I knew..This is the best Indian food channel on YouTube by a huge margin..I do notice you don't use garlic and I know there are many Indians that don't which is fine..I do which is also fine..This could be made into two dishes..You could do a sweet and sour dish with the veg only adding pineapple and vinegar, a hot tomato sauce with chilli and served with rice separately or do this..Many thanks for your love of cooking
