How To Cook BlackEye Peas Food In Copper Chef Pan | Vegetarian Dish Black Eyed Peas Taste Like Rajmah in Easy Steps.
Ingredients:
1st Step: Cook Blackeye Peas in Pressure Cooker for 1 whistle
2= cup Blackeye Peas / 16 oz. / 454 grams
4= cup Water
1= Tsp Salt to taste
2nd Step: Tadka
1= Tsp Ginger Paste
1= Tsp Minced Garlic
1= Tbsp. Olive Oil
1= Onion
1= can Tomato Sauce / 8 oz. / 227 grams
1= Tsp Cumin Seed
1= Tsp Black Pepper
½= Tsp Turmeric Powder
½= Tsp Coriander Powder
½= Tsp Cumin Powder
½= Tsp Garam Masala
½= Tsp Deggi Mirch
Once all the spices are cooked with Tomato Sauce, then bring/mix cooked Blackeye Peas with Tadka and add additional 2= cup of Water. If you need thin gravy/curry, then add more water.
1= Tsp Kasoori Methi | Optional Cilantro or Dhania
Add unsalted Butter before serving….ENJOY!!!
