i believe u said 3/4 cup Lime juice in your Receipe well just to let you know it was so strong we were gagging on it all you could taste was the Lime juice so I altered it to 3 squirts of lime juice from a container it was so good..I covered up the balance of the salad and went to have it today for Lumch everything was stuck toghter like glue…..What a Joke….Thanks for Sharing…..
If you want to take a short cut, you can use Italian salad dressing, instead of making your own.. However fresh always taste better! I have made this plenty of times… it's healthy and fabulous.

Can corn has a high sodium content. Frozen is better!!
Not quite sure why you would use frozen corn? Surely canned ones would be much better so you could actually eat the salad straight away.
