is it okay to use soy milk instead of almond milk? it's pretty hard to find almond milk in my area and even if i found it omg it's so expensive
Can I substitute Almond milk with Oat milk instead?

Just stumbled across your cheese video. It looks great. I just found out that I have a ton of food allergies and among them are yeast and soy. Would their be something I could use instead of the miso and the nutritional yeast. I would be grateful for any help you can give me. Thanks in advance.
I can’t find nutritional yeast, how to replace it?
I followed a recipe on Google for vegan cheese and it tasted like spicy peanut butter. I think potato flour is the main stuff that gives that cheese taste, I powdered unsalted plain chips instead of nuts and made it very close to cheese but it didn't go hard like the recipe said, I used 1 teaspoon of Agar Agar powder but should of used a tablespoon. Will try your recipe next.
