Ingredients:
52 grams of dried mushroom
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil

This video will explain how I use this recipe for meat substitute, as a side dish or added ingredients to bibimbap, japchae or even kimbap.

Shitake is the same as shiitake mushrooms? They spell dirrently ?
I fried shiitake before and I wondered why I kept using a lot of oil, I had no idea they absorb so much oil. I followed your recipe and it came out perfect. So friggin good! Thank you so much for sharing an easy and delicious recipe.

To: lambyiii, Hi, I like your fresh mushroom recipe and yes, I'll be making more cooking videos because my daughters will need them later on. I've been so busy with work but eventually I'll be making some more cooking videos. I have so many healthier alternative recipes for everyday Korean recipes but it will have to wait until I get some free time. Thanks for your comment. 🙂
omma…i make this with fresh button mushrooms, just sesame oil, soy sauce and black pepper (sometimes red pepper flakes) and i COMPLETELY agree with you that mushrooms have their own flavor and you don't want to distract from that by adding a whole bunch of extra ingredients. i haven't tried this with shittake yet, but i will as soon as i can get a hold of some. i just bought a new nonstick frying pan too that would be great for this. <3
ps, are you planning on uploading any more videos soon!? i miss you.
how long can I keep it as side dishes and should I keep it in freezer or just the refrigerator?
I love Shitake Mushrooms, good video.
