without fat, your body won't absorb the vitamin a in the spinach. and if you're eating something with vitamins d or e, they also won't be absorbed. and when you eliminate fat, you end up increasing carbs which is harmful. grass fed butter is loaded with Omega's. there are three kinds of omega 3. the most important, dha, only comes from animals. fish grass fed cows goats sheep and their dairy. people who eat full fat dairy from grass fed, not corn fed animals have less Parkinson's, diabetes obesity etc. blessings
