Well I accidentally stumbled across this recipe today looking for something else. So I decided since I like everything in the ingredients that I would give these sausages a try. So far these are my absolute favorite vegetarian sausages I have ever made. Thank you so much for the recipe I wish I had a found your page years ago. Why do use gluten powder when you could use cooked beans and peas as an animal protein substitue? Gluten is a gut destroyer! Millions of ppl are on GLUTEN FREE diet b/c they are sick to death!!!! (I am one of them.)

I think Northern Americans should start using weighing scales; much more accurate and convenient. Cup measures are very difficult to gauge especially with chopped veg or grated cheese.
