Thank you so much for the recipe. I do not have mozzarella but grana Padano cheese which I normally use and am going to stick to. I love the onion base….. I was thinking of adding bits of anchovies to it… or bacon one or the other. Anchovies right now seem a better idea. …. Can't wait….
