This is the 7th episode in season 5. STICKY BBQ VEGAN ‘RIBS’!!!!! Many of you requested it, it took some practice but I manage to come up with the perfect recipe, that is meaty, sticky & of course smokey! These seitan ribs are the perfect party food & serve 8-10. Yes theres lots of ingredients but thats how you produce the most amazing flavour. Make sure you knead the dough firmly for 10 minutes. Otherwise the seitan will be spongey. I also served it with fluffy mashed potatoes & tender stem broccoli. I hope you enjoy. Thanks so much, Gaz.

vegans don’t want to eat meat yet wants their food to look like it or taste like it…
Just because there are no animal products in it doesn’t make it healthier. I’d argue that it’s even more unhealthy than if you’d just get your ribs from a trusted butcher considering all the artificial flavors that you added. The only good thing about this it that there’s no animal cruelty involved and that’s pretty much it. But great video tho, loved the editing and videography👍🏾

I tried this recipe but the ribs did not turn out well for me. Perhaps there was something wrong with my technique. I've had vegan ribs before that were really tasty which is why I decided to try this recipe.
