This recipe is delicious!! I added a package of firm silken tofu for extra protein and served it with roasted spaghetti squash instead of rice/bread. YUMMY! Oh, and I didn't have any fresh cilantro on hand so I used 1/2 tsp of ground coriander instead:)
Hello I was on the internet just now looking for a black beans recipe,I saw several recipes, but decided to try yours,I just finish cooking it because I have the can ones,Omg!! Your recipe is delicious,now this is my go to black beans recipe…my only problem was that I allowed it to simmer for too long.I added some Tikka masala in it and it was the bomb!It is really and truly delicious,thank you.
