Jamie had a busy day cooking for the launch of the new Range Rover Evoque, and created this epic Veggie Burger inspired by an Onion Bhaji and the flavours of Brick Lane. It is delicious! He even got to have some fun with the new car too! Check it out…

I made this today… ***
Dear Jamie Oliver,
You inspire me! Thank you for sharing some amazing, flavorful and delicious recipes.
I finally made this. Honestly, I thought it was better just as a bhaji patty with the yogurt sauce and chutney on top. Putting it on bread and trying to make it a "burger" just didn't work for me. I added some extra chaat spice over top of them because I thought they needed a little more flavor – I couldn't find papadums. The only other difference is, instead of chick pea flour, which I've had bad experiences with, I used oat flour.
Looks delicious but doesn’t taste so. It’s too sweet. Carrots sweet, onion sweet, butternut squash sweet, mango chutney sweet, burgers buns sweet. Sorry but I have made it at home and there is definitely too much sweetness in this burger . I was very disappointed
