We made a huge batch of Cauliflower and Chickpea Curry a few weeks ago, and you guys wanted the recipe, so here it is! It’s spicy, salty, sweet goodness. Everyone in my family, including my 8 year old sister always has seconds. You won’t notice it’s vegan!

What are good girl you are
Please show a clean pot next time. It feels yucky to see a cooking show if you show in dirty pots
It looks so delicious
I tried it was succulent I thank you Amber
Amber, you drew me to view, by your down to earth personality, which made me want to view what you were up to in the kitchen. Your so young and if you like the process and the taste of your meal, then how much more I.
what a great girl.
Tip: Cut the onion by half and leave it in water for some time before cut it all 😉
hey amber, beatiful as always. be a dear and make do a video about low cal or veggie burgers. thank you.
Put the onion in cold water before cutting and you wont tear up.
hey Amber love your videos, for making curry, try using curry leaves, tumeric and cumin seeds when cooking the onion and garlic, more added flavours 🙂

Oh my goodness, just made this and it tastes amazing, this will defiantly be one of my weekly dishes. 🙂 x
This is soooo good… I didn't use butter, instead I added coconut milk. I also added some cilantro with the spinach… OMG…. this has to be one of the best dishes I have ever cooked….My husband loved it and usually he hates my cooking….
Looks lovely! But why roast the cauliflower first?? X
