Printable Recipe: http://vegetarianbaker.com/how-to-make-vegan-marshmallows/
Marshmallows are a beloved treat, but most don’t know that they use gelatin. Gelatin is made from boiling the skin, bones, and connective tissues of animals (cows, chicken, pigs, & fish). I’m not here to gross you out, but just inform you. However, I have a vegan marshmallow recipe that uses agar instead of gelatin. I hope you enjoy this vegan-friendly recipe.
