Ingredients & Cooking Directions for Vegan/Vegetarian Vietnamese Dipping sauce

Estimated servings: Makes about 1 cup

4 tablespoons soy sauce –
4 tablespoons sugar-
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons rice vinegar-
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon shredded carrots
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon chopped Thai chili pepper

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until sugar completely dissolve.
