For this vegan lentil stew you’ll need..
1 large can lentils
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup diced pumpkin
1 cup veg stock
1 teaspoon browning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 large shallot
3 cloves garlic
2 scallions
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 bay leaf
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper

Can you do this with dried lentils? If so how much should I use? Can I use potatoes instead of pumpkin?
