Made this last night and it was delicious. Is there any reason not to put all ingredients except tofu in the blender together (including all spices) and then put the mix in the Instant Pot? I'm wondering why it's done in separate steps. Also, what type of chili do you recommend — is that the Thai kind?
For all people complaining about Speed… Do you even know there is setting available in Youtube videos where you can increase the Speed..

People in India must have some problem with inpatients so many people complaining about lengthy video. Its literally under 12 minutes and it teaches you how to make a vegan meal. They dissrespect people where i live like that lord it be the last thing they did.
Being an InstaPot user, I am at a loss for the point of this video. Exactly why are we using Instapot, when you did all the steps in Saute’ mode? The same receipe can be done on stovetop, in the same time duration. I definitely will try it.
Can I cook the tomatos onions and all then blend it?? Also, do i have to pressure cook it? I don't have one…??
My instant pot read “burn” before it ever started counting. I’ve never had it do that so I had to stop it. Some was burnt at the bottom but I got the rest out and it’s delicious. I don’t know what happened as I followed your instructions while you were doing it? I wonder if this has happened to anyone else? I’ll try again later because what I do have is delicious. Thank you!
I made this and it is really delicious. I think I will reduce the cardamom a bit but then again I just need to get used to it. I found using the instant pot so messy with splatters that I transferred it all to the stovetop and poor hubbie cleanded-up the splatters :-)) I only use the instant pot for yogourt and recipes that truly require a pressure cooker as that is where it really shines (and no splatters). Thank you for this easy recipe and it made just enough for the two of us, really nice! I'll be trying another recipe soon.
That looks delicious, but it seems like a lot of work to make just enough for one person.
That tofu is hard one …. soft tofu cannot cut .. just blend straightaway

Nicely explained thanku, one question if i directly add tofu pieces without frying what will happen after cooking whether it melt like liquid or like that of solid cubes, and also what will be the taste of that tofu(like fried vs nonfried tofu), pls reply me I will try tommorrow
