This week I wanted to do another meal prep with the theme of high protein! These are three meals you can make easily so you have food to eat while you’re at work, school or whatever else without having to eat out or off your diet! If you enjoy the video make sure to give it a thumbs up, leave a comment below and subscribe if you haven’t already!

Brian have you always had that kind of energy or is there a secret to it? Thanks for the video btw.
Hi Brian, loved the video! I just had some quick questions…
I've been eating and weight lifting vegetarian style as well as meal prepping for almost a year now. I'm also probably 50-80 pounds lighter than you (I'm 180 right now) and in order to hit my daily maintenance macros, I require 3,500 calories and at least 170g of protein.
Out of all 3 of these meals, you're only getting about 1,500 calories and about 70g of protein. I'm not trying to bash you or your content AT ALL. But how do you maintain your size with barely 1,500 calories and 70g of protein each day? Do you also have a bunch of high protein snacks in between?
I just don't understand how you can eat so little, yet a guy like me who is not nearly as big as you has to eat double of what you show in this video. Am I missing something? I would greatly appreciate a response as I'm trying to learn and hit my goals being a plant-based lifter. Thanks!
imma show this to the next person who says vegans are super skinny and get no protein ๐
To clean the pan:
Put it on heat. Once it hot (not smoking), add sprinkle of baking soda to the pan over the burnt bits. Once the pan is covered with baking soda. Sprinkle white vinegar over baking soda, until it stops fizzing. Take it off the heat. Let it cool until you can scrub. The burnt bits should come right off.
Lower calorie, quick weight loss meal prep
2 cups? seriously?that was half a cup of beans at most.
Brad's a genius, for all my vegan brothers, and sisters there's another video that helps take my physique to the next level!! http://wishes2.com/7WYRF
you must be starving
So pretty much a vegans alternative for meat is beans.
Wow you're just a cool dude.
Switching to a vegeterarian lifestyle this helps a lot.

I feel you on the pan situation. We have one of those too. =/
A video with food I would actually eat! Iโm very picky
Vegan yet uses a shit ton of non recyclable plastics….
you are the man, this just made everything so much easier in my 4 month of being a vegan. liked and subbed !
So idk what kinda tempeh I used but it looked nothing like yours and it was moldy looking๐…am I going to die now?…
General question, I'm 42 yrs old, 5'10", weigh around 185. I strength train 2x a week and hiit 2x. No other cardio. How much protein should I be consuming daily? I just starting out w baby steps towards a vegan diet.
"Always a sad day" When that nutritional yeast runs out it's hard to come to terms with.
High protein sure, but also very high carbs too. Maybe substitute some carbs for like seitan (unless you have a gluten sensitivity and/or don't want to add too much gluten in your diet)
Would love to see a meal prep video where you get in 4,000 calories for the day vegan style!
