Pan: 2-3 min on each side
Oven: 10-15 min at 350F

A raw foods frying food. Oy vey! I would have thought if you were going to eat cooked food as a raw vegan you'd avoid heated oil at all costs and be eating WFPB style oil free. Oil is the worst of all the cooked foods! Perhaps you should change your username because it's misleading and in many countries now raw is a legal definition so you could also be breaking laws!
