    This is so cool! I made up a veggie lasagna years ago with mushrooms, spinach and carrots that is very simular! One year my Mother insisted I make sausage balls for Christmas and then didn't eat them so I bagged them up and threw them in the freezer to think about later. About the end of January, I remembered them and decided to use them sliced in the veggie lasagna. It was very good! I was suprised! Oh, my Mother ate every bite! lol I'm going to try the maggi seasoning. I love their bullion cubes!
