What did you think of Gen’s veggie take on the classic Russian Beef Stroganoff? Would you give this recipe a try? Did you, what did you think? What else would you like to see from us in the future!? What other chefs would you like us to reach out to and see what they cook? What’s YOUR favorite romantic food? How are you going to celebrate Valentine’s Day?
I made this for my valentine last year and it was actually super good! It really gives the “I cooked a fancy meal for you” effect without all the effort. I had to use less good fake meat and didn’t chop the mushrooms enough(because I’m not a fan of the texture), but the taste was wonderful!
vegetrain meat ??????
She has some really impressive canines for a vegetarian.
Not just for Valentine's. I'm moving out of my parents by the end of this year and I'm cooking this the first time the boo comes over! 👌👌👌
Hehe :3 Vegans are so cute, not understanding humans are made to eat meat too.
seriously what's with all the comment about if your date is vegetarian/vegan dump her? So you're just going to get rid of someone because of what they choose not to eat?! That's really immature and unfair.
Wrong. Stroganoff need to be flambéed with cognac before adding sour cream.
this is ridiculous.first of all adding olive oil to boiling water does nothing, the olive oil just boils at the top and does not stop the pasta from sticking. Secondly grill a portabella mushroom, take out that processed fake meat crap and call it a day. But you could just be authentic an ad strips of sirloin steak. #carnivore domination
omg that fucking happy music
Im vegeterian cause I love HERBS and mostly consume everyday
Vegetarians are setting back humanities progress. Humans have eaten meat for thousands of years we are meant to eat it
This is terrible. Maybe its just her, not sure… yea, it's the "chef"
She looks like an older version of Taylor swift.
Noodles? I prefer rice.
so… much… sour cream… xD
Idk how you can make"BEEF" stroganoff vegetarian when its clearly called "BEEF" stroganoff, meaning that without beef its not really a stroganoff its something else.
"non dairy butter" isn't that just margarine?
Gen was great-more more more!
You know you can buy your meat from responsible animal breeders, you don't have to buy your meat from the grocery store. Unless you don't like meat. Depriving your body of normal animal protein is not good for you, eating a 72 oz steak is also not good for you, just eat normal amounts of meat instead of starving you body of meat protein.
What has Tasted come to?
