Vegan Chili (VIDEO)

Vegan Chili Recipe

2 -15 oz can seasoned black beans
1-15 oz kidney beans
1-15 oz pinto beans
1 cup onions
1 cup green bell peppers
1 can 28 oz diced tomatoes
3 Tbsp cooking oil
1 pk chili seasoning
1/3 cup water (if needed)

Direction:

1. Drain the juice from the kidney and pinto beans, but not the black beans.

2. In a large pot stir fry your onions and bell peppers.

3. Add all of your beans in with the tomatoes. Stir and add water if needed.

4 Add your chili powder mix well and let cook on medium heat for 25 minutes and server.
